This highly engineered full press sheet collating machine can accept your full press skids of printed carton stock into a stack height of 55 inches. Rolled directly from your press into the collator we have sold machines from between 4 pockets to 16 pockets.
Able to handle full press sheets up to 57” x 42” this model is optimised for high volume carton packaging such as tissue cartons, scratch cards, pull tabs, confectionery and candy packaging etc.
With an inline 55” delivery stacker, the collated carton sheets are hairline jogged into a straight stack, (offset stacking option available). The straight stacked collated carton sheets are then ready to be rolled straight into the next process such as die cutting or cutting.
